Coldest March night in several years for VIC and NSW

Most of New South Wales and Victoria endured an unseasonably cool
morning, with some parts seeing their coldest March night in up to
13 years.
The coldest locations were in northern VIC and southern NSW where
skies were clearest and winds were lightest. Rutherglen and Yarrawonga
saw their coldest March mornings in eight years, recording 1.3
degrees and 5.2 degrees respectively.
