Despite all the theories, there’s been no hard evidence of any kind of hoax. However, on the conspiracy-themed message board GodLikeProductions.com on Thursday, a thread was posted showing a message on a different board from a poster using the screen name “kathaksung.” In the post, dated Dec. 17, 2010, kathaksung writes:

 

In approximate 2 years from today there will be mass school shooting in Connecticut. A lone gunman will kill many children. That’s a trick of propaganda. Step by step, they make it a totalitarian country.

 

They have a false flag attack on December 2012 to justify their war on 2nd Amendment. The responsible gunowner is wronged as terrorist. The real mastermind of the shootings grins at the soap opera they directed. They treat you like fools. Do not have a logic confuse.

 

The board on which this appeared is called Unformzed. Other posters there have attempted to disprove the post’s authenticity, claiming the timestamp was manipulated by another user.

 

“Yeah . . . there was some timestamp manipulation here. If you look at the thread, the ID is 3417. Around that time, all other thread IDs were in the low to mid 1000′s. Nice try though,” wrote user drseussofporn.

 

“Yeah, it was done to prove to a Sandy Hook truther here on our forum that not everything ‘timestamped’ on the internet is accurate. Things can be manipulated. But I guess that was lost on some people…,” user Ryan concurred.

 

But many posters on God Like Productions have been investigating this and, according to some of them, this “timestamp manipulation” can only be done by an administrator. So why would an administrator do this? One poster believes it was to get more web traffic, but Unforumzed has made the page with the relevant post private and is apparently trying to hide it.

 

According to one God Like Production poster, Super Bowl Dave, the 2010 post is authentic and there’s another explanation for why the timestamp is different:

 

It sounds like in January the original thread — yes, from 2010 — was moved from ‘off topic’ to the ‘conspiracy corner’.

 

This move created the new thread ID and explains WHY the thread ID does not correspond to thread IDs from 2010.

 

Super Bowl Dave further speculates that user Ryan is “claiming the mods created a fake thread to throw everyone ‘off’ and ‘prove a point.’

 

I am a regular viewer at GLP and have not seen this particular thread.  I also don’t imagine why he would fake this for more views as he is selling the website. -Mort
