Are bankers responsible for the economic collapse too big to jail? According to Obama’s SEC nominee, Mary Jo White: yes.
She says we must consider that the economy may be hurt if banks are prosecuted for their crimes. Also, more unbelievable, she says prosecution of banks would wrongly hurt innocent shareholders, and maybe Japanese banks. What?
