U.S. Senate panel approves assault weapons ban, other gun control measures

The Senate Judiciary committee has approved a bill that will ban assault weapons, limit the amount of ammunition allowed in a clip and demand full background checks on those buying guns. Feinstein whose bill went through 10 votes to 8 said:
“As I’ve said before,the road is uphill.”
