3 Dead in Apparent Double Murder-Suicide by NY Cop

NEW YORK (AP) — New York City police say an officer shot her 1-year-old son and the baby’s father and then shot herself in an apparent double murder-suicide.
The three bodies were discovered Monday in the Flatlands section of Brooklyn. Chief police spokesman Paul Browne says the officer’s 19-year-old son escaped through a window and called 911. The teenager was not hurt.
