In what is a sadder version of The Tonight Show’s Jay Walking bit, Mark Dice took a petition out to the public to gather signatures for the repeal of the Second Amendment. Dice asked citizens if they were willing to support a ban and confiscation of guns so only criminals would be in possession of firearms – the results are discouraging.
