Learn to trust your intuition

You receive accurate messages from your physical and emotional bodies everyday and in many ways. Your body and emotions give you signals and responses, the key is in learning to listen and trust them. It is like a muscle and the more you use it, the stronger it gets and the easier it is for you to follow what information it has for you.

At first it might be a challenge and you might even make a few 'miss takes'. Don't let that stop you or get in the way, keep at it and it will become easier and you will get more accurate as you go along. Keep an open mind and open heart and you will learn what the signs and signals mean. As you do, remember to share and teach what you have learned with others so that they too can trust what their body has to say.

It might be uncomfortable at first, this does not mean it is bad or negative, it just means you are going beyond your previous comfort zone into something new. Remember when you were a child and learning something new, you knew that you could master it and kept trying until you succeeded. Call upon that energy once again and let it be your guide.

Spend some time in meditation and ask your higher self, guides and angels to help you understand and interpret these thoughts and feelings. Be open to any emotional healing that will assist you and be courageous and open your heart and mind . Don't let any insecurities hold you back, you are supported and have help all around you.

Learn to trust your intuitive senses and know that these are messages from the Divine and let them be your guide.  Trust your bodies truthful wisdom as it comes through you and be open to receive these gifts from your Creator to help to light your way.
