zeros is removal of them from the street/marketplace. It is not off the notes. So YES, they stating they are beginning
to remove the zeros is a good thing and what we want to see. The more 3 zero
dinar they get off the streets the better..that will force them to begin
raising the exchange rate and introduce the new lower bills. [post 1 of

I think the bank is serious and means business. They are going to get this
done. Turki is in Washington meeting with the powers to be. He is receiving his
marching orders. The difference this time as opposed to taking orders from
Maliki, is he agrees with the plan and see’s the benefits, and knows what this
can do for Iraq. He’s come to realize that what is good for Maliki is not what
is good for Iraq. I believe he is also being offered support and protection
by the US. If the CBI can just follow through, this will impact the economy
and all Iraqi citizens because it is the “right” thing to do. Not to
mention what it will do to spur the world economy and shore up currencies

The CLEAN andCLEAR CERTIFICATES ( CCC ) you will ask your wealth manager we you go to
exchange your currency! [.~SpecialAgentGibbs] You do not need the Fincen 104 form, it
will be provided at the bank. It is the bank’s legal responsibilty to file it,
not yours.
