Gore Says Lobbyist Control on Capitol Hill Thwarts Climate Change Policies

Recently, Al Gore spoke to attendees of the South By Southwest conference where the topic was “The Future”, Gore’s book. He spoke about the “six drivers of change” which are economic globalization, emergence of the “stalker economy” in the US, environmental damage and money in politics; among other things.
Gore said: “Our government has been hacked, and our constitution is the operating system. American democracy has never been perfect, but more often than not, the will of the people did drive policy. Congress today is utterly incapable of passing any reform of any significance unless they get permission from special interests.”
He claims that lobbies and adherence to the technocrats have destroyed the political process. Ironically, Gore agrees with the propaganda machine on Capitol Hill when President Obama is spouting about climate change, carbon taxes and the like.
Gore raised concerns about the “stalker economy” and how browsing on the internet has become a game of surveillance, tracking cookies and monitoring of all digital communications.
Supporting other modes of technology, Gore praised the recent advent of 3D printing for medical applications, as well as the efforts of scientific study of DNA in both humans and animals for genetic manipulation purposes.
President Obama is pushing for climate change policies to the extent that he will consider signing an executive order to make sure his proposed changes are implemented.
Obama stated in his State of the Union address that: “If Congress won’t act soon to protect future generations, I will. I will direct my Cabinet to come up with executive actions we can take, now and in the future, to reduce pollution, prepare our communities for the consequences of climate change, and speed the transition to more sustainable sources of energy.”
Gore’s carbon tax scheme is called the Generation Investment Management (GIM), which sells carbon credits after assessing a corporation’s value based on summations of long-term performance as determined by GIM, says that “integrating issues such as climate change into investment analysis is simply common sense.” There is an expectation that within the next 25 years “sustainable development will be a primary driver of industrial and economic change.”
Gore affirms that investing with GIM will maximize corporation’s “financial return by strategically managing their performance in this new economic, social, environmental and ethical context.”
Alarmist Michael Mann from Penn State has revamped his “hockey stick graph” theory about climate change. The original was proven to be a fraud designed to prove human effects on the climate that were completely erroneous.
Emails and documents from Mann, discussing his false climate change summation with other prominent alarmist scientists was leaked from the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit in November of 2011.
The investigation into Climategate has extended far beyond Mann; although he remains the front-man. Evidence of his correspondence to pursue the propaganda of his “hockey stick” theory and intentionally manipulate scientific data to make the global warming theory appear direr than it actually is was exposed. This involves such agencies as:
• The US Environmental Protection Agency
• The National Science Foundation
• The British House of Commons Science and Technology Committee
• Penn State University
• Various independent panels
Mann is at it again with a new study that claims to show climate change is worse than ever. Yet the data used to create this propaganda is still incorrect because it is missing 9,000 years of data.
Shann Marcott, co-author of the study and professor at Oregon State University says that the global temperatures are exponentially rising. Marcott explained: “What we found is that temperatures increased in the last hundred years as much as they had cooled in the last six or seven thousand. In other words, the rate of change is much greater than anything we’ve seen in the whole Holocene.”
Marcott asserts that the planet is heading toward a cooling period after having been heating up for quite some several thousands of years.
Mann has jumped the gun, stating that climate deniers will use this alarmist study against them in proving yet again that science has not shown that humans are the reason for the Earth’s “erratic” temperatures.
In fact, last month according to a leaked document from the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the warming of the planet is due to “solar variations on the stratosphere” as some studies suggest and this fact may be the reason for “regional impacts on climate.”
In Chapter 11, the IPCC buried the scientific findings concerning solar activity and climate change even though their own evidentiary conclusions come to the same summation. These facts do not fit the IPCC’s previous models and therefore the information was omitted from their documentation.
NASA estimations of solar variations show that they caused 25% of the 1.1 degree F warming that has been scientifically observed over the 20th Century. NASA also confirms that there is evidence the Little Ice Age was caused by the cooling in solar activity – or the end of a warming trend.
Solar activity of heating and cooling affects the temperature of Earth by the magnitude of sun spots and the orbit oscillations taken by our planet.
The European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) revealed scientific correlations between sun spot activity levels and the measured cosmic rays entering our planet’s atmosphere which is causational to surface-cooling cloud formations.
Since sunspots are localized magnetic activity coupled with high energy streams of charged particles that shoot out from the sun’s surface, the expulsion of those particles in the solar wind can and do penetrate the Earth’s atmosphere and accumulate in low-level clouds which creates more intensive cloud cover and obvious cooling influences.
