ten miles in two hours, it’s a rubbish time but it’s the distance i.e. my increased stamina, that counts.
Botley, Oxford, Headington shops, Orthopaedic Hospital and back.
I was hoping to do a TEN KILOMETER race when I first started this late-life jogging lark; reckon I could do one, right now.
