(Zenbuoy, Matrix)Well, you can send your Aunt Brunhilda some electronic bucks through PayPal but IT won’t let you help the principled Richard Sauder, Ph.D. in his plight down in the Amazon. You can use a “Pitch In” button or a “Chip In” bar but if you stand on a missle silo to actually protest insanity you cannot use the “Donate Button” on PayPal.
Thus, we now have the 
“Sauder Rule.”
Dr. Sauder writes, “Yes, they have blocked my account. I must provide evidence that I am a charitable organization registered with a government regulatory agency, among other things. I cannot do this, so my PayPal days are through. I won’t dispute with them. I am pushed ever farther to the margins of “society.”It looks like they have invoked the Richard Sauder rule. I won’t be using PayPal anymore.”And, no, if you have been following this saga, (Part 1 Here) there is no alternative address to send him a paper check.
