Surveillance video at a São Paulo, Brazil gas station from earlier this week shows three robbers who try and hold-up a couple station attendants. One of the assailants isn’t quite cut out for the job – midway through the hold-up 25-year-old Luiz Antônio Teixeira collapses and dies. “In the excitement of the assault, his heart could not resist,” said local policeman Edson Gianuzzi. The suspect’s mother told police that Teixeira had heart problems since childhood.
After his collapse, the attendants (who were being robbed) kindly bring Teixeira’s body to the get away car. The two other assailants ended up ditching Teixeira’s in a nearby street. They were later apprehended and are currently in custody.
