Speaking at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Janet Napolitano, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) offered that new immigration reform proposals would have made tracking the Tsarnaev brothers through federal law enforcement agencies easier and would have resulted in their apprehension prior to the Boston Marathon Bombing (BMB).

Napolitano commented on the Saudi man who was a person of interest and now was just “in the wrong place at the wrong time” and “was never a subject . . . never even really a person of interest.”

Although this man was questioned on the BMB hours after the attack, he was not on the US terrorist watch list. And yet he was suddenly temporarily added.

Mainstream media (MSM) reported that this person was admitted to a local hospital because he was actually an injured bystander to tried to run during the attack and was accidently tackled to the ground by police.

Thanks to unconfirmable sources, corporately-funded alternative media said that the Saudi national was part of a cover-up to change records by Napolitano and other federal agencies.

Although this “exclusive” was actually reported by other media before its reveal, the story was taken up by envious members of alternative media as if it were the new alternative meme that was to be purveyed across social media for the “conspiracy theory” crowd to believe as Gospel.

Of course confusion abounds from the assumptions about the BMB. Mystery men who were allegedly covert operations from Craft International that was dumb enough to wear their uniforms to work. The story, once pointed out as purely a suspension of belief, was changed to this men being National Guardsmen or CST members.

If the public does not by their first story, try, try again. This disinformation tactic is used by the MSM as well.

It seems that the BMB had other points of agenda; such as practicing for martial law by locking down Watertown, Massachusetts.

Residents were ordered out of their homes at gunpoint by paramilitarized police SWAT teams. Using the “exigent circumstances” clause as an excuse to abuse residents on their own property under the name of martial law simply because of the city-wide lockdown proved to be quite telling.

Having semi-automatic weapons shoved into their faces, residents simply acquiesced to the police entering and searching without thought of the gross violation to the 4th Amendment that was being beta-tested.

Edward Deveau, chief of the Watertown police department admitted that the entire scene caused by the police searches were to naught because it was after was lifted in Watertown, Massachusetts, “resident David Hanberry noticed that the tarp covering his boat in his backyard and been disturbed. Checking to see what was wrong, David was shocked to find Dzhokhar curled up inside the boat, covered in blood. He immediately alerted police.”

Gun shows have seen a surge in attendees such as the recent Syracuse Gun Show held at the New York State Fairgrounds where there was a 2 hour wait to enter the event.

It appears to be a knee-jerk reaction to the BMB that has sent the public into a “panic situation”. Purchasing ammunition and firearms appears to quell this fear.

Anonymous officials claim that Dzhokhar and his deceased brother were working under the inspiration of known CIA-controlled terrorist cells such as al-Qaeda.
Still hospitalized, Dzhokhar is communicating by writing messages and nodding to authorities. Conveniently, Dzhokhar has admitted that they found bomb-making instructions on the internet. He also said that it was Islamic jihad that led them to conceive of this plot.

Dzkohar’s responses play perfectly into the storyline the US government has been creating about the alleged radicalization of homegrown terrorism.

Last March, US Attorney General Eric Holder said that he worries at night “about whether or not we have done all that we can to ensure that every threat has been adequately examined, that we put up our defenses in appropriate ways. So, yeah, I still go to bed worried at night.”

Holder claims that with al-Qaeda more wide-spread, the threat of home-grown terrorism is more palatable than before. Holder explained: “Core al Qaeda doesn’t have the capacity that it once did, but it’s metastasized in a number of ways. We now worry about the nodes of al Qaeda—al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, al Qaeda now in Africa, al Qaeda in Iraq. The threat is more widespread in terms of where those people are, where those significant people are. That’s how it’s different now.”

Seth Jones, counter-terror expert at the RAND Corporation says: “This is kind of the al Qaeda modus operandi now, not relying only on operatives, but trying to get people do it yourself radicalization to build their own bombs without coming to a training camp in Pakistan or Yemen or other locations. They ad-libbed part of it and made some decisions on a few elements of the bomb making but what’s different about this is they took a very simple recipe and then targeted the Boston Marathon. And why the marathon? Because it was there, essentially, and easy. Not long in the planning.”

Hoping for some press time by aligning himself with the BMB, Senator Rand Paul commented that Dzkorkar should not be tried as an enemy combatant.

Paul said: “You know, I want to congratulate law enforcement for getting and capturing these terrorists, first of all, but what we do with them, I think we can still preserve the Bill of Rights, I see no reason why our Constitution is not strong enough to convict this young man with a jury trial, with the Bill of Rights,” Paul (R-Ky.) said on “Cavuto” on Fox Business Network. “We do it to horrible people all of the time: Rapists and murderers, they get lawyers, they get trials with juries. We seem to do a pretty good job of justice. So I think we can do it with our court system.”
