KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A state prosecutor will not seek charges against a Dollar General store manager who shot and killed a fleeing robber in the back.
Knox County District Attorney General Randy Nichols told The Knoxville News Sentinel (http://bit.ly/18aeFtP ) that he notified the police department of his decision not to press charges in the fatal shooting on Feb. 27.
