(NaturalNews) There could not be more than a handful of Americans who were not sickened by the horrible shooting deaths of 20 six-year-old children and six adults in Newtown, Conn., in December by a crazed, drug-taking, mentally disturbed Adam Lanza. We are all humans. Most of us are mothers or fathers, brothers or sisters. We all have someone we love and whom we would be devastated to lose, especially in such a horrific, heinous manner.
But what 26 Connecticut state senators and 105 members of the state House, in conjunction with Gov. Dannel Malloy, did in early April – putting in place strict new and unconstitutional gun control legislation – is not going to save lives in Connecticut, is not going to “curb gun violence” in the state and, more importantly, would not have stopped Lanza from committing his terrible crime.
