Today was great. the judge hearing the case is now Mr Justice Paul   McDermott. Senior Counsel Paul Sreenan laid out the case(s) beautifully, went   through the law and the judgments in McKenna, Hanafin (showed why it was   different and why it supported our case) and McCrystal.

There was discussion of how the cases should run and why this situation   is unique and must be dealt with and the consequences of not finding a remedy   to the governments misbehaviour in the childrens rights referendum and to   referendum fraud in general.

There was talk about popular sovereignty and why it must be   protected.

It was wonderful to see so many of you at the hearing.

Tomorrow we have several witnesses including Joanna Jordan the petitioner   herself.
