Weinhaus supporter notes: “The law is supposed to protect Jeffrey”

Dear Editor,
Jeffrey Weinhaus wore a spywatch when at the pre-arranged meeting with Henry Folsom. That spywatch captured this frame of Folsom shooting him.
A friend in Salem, MO always asks, “Who polices the police?” In answer, I refer to Article I, Sections 1,2, & 3, Missouri Constitution which provides that the people are holders of the inherent political power, and we have the unalienable right to life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, and enjoyment of the gains of our own industry, and “to give security to these things is the principal office of government, and that when government does not confer this security, it fails in its chief design,” and we have “inherent, sole and exclusive right to regulate the internal government and police thereof, and to alter and abolish their constitution and form of government whenever they may deem it necessary to their safety and happiness…”.
What prompted me to write this letter is action taken against Jeffrey Weinhaus, a.k.a. “Bulletinman” by Missouri public servants in retaliation for Jeffrey’s rants made in accordance with, and by authority of Article I, Sections 1,2, & 3, Missouri Constitution which I learned about on www.copblock.org/jeffreyweinhaus. Jeffrey produced a video on youtube severely denouncing certain public servants, cursing them, telling them they were all fired, giving them 30 days to vacate their offices, or be subject to arrest and prosecution under the law, and, if found guilty of the charge of treason, would be executed.
According to reports, the governor’s office ordered MO Highway Patrol to investigate Jeffrey. Troopers went to Jeffrey’s home, somehow procured a search warrant, & confiscated Jeffrey’s computers, printers, cameras and other equipment used to publish his rants. Later, under admitted false pretenses, Trooper Folsom arranged to meet Jeffrey at a gas station purportedly to return Jeffrey’s seized equipment. The evidence on the above site shows Folsom deliberately set up an ambush to bushwack Jeffrey and shot him 4 times. Jeffrey miraculously survived the shooting, only to find himself being prosecuted by Franklin County PA, Robert Parks for allegedly attempting to assault Folsom and another Trooper.
Why was investigation initiated in the first place? To silence Jeffrey?
What crime did Jeffrey commit? It is not a crime to criticize public servants, or even to curse them and tell them they are fired and be held accountable under the law. Our King & Savior, Jesus Christ did the same!
The law is supposed to protect Jeffrey, not used against him! Who were the public servants “serving and protecting” by their militant coercive actions against Jeffrey? To cover up corruption? The answer is, themselves, not us.
It is clear massive political usurpation & corruption has occurred in Missouri. The Missouri Constitution is not a self-enforcing document. We each hold inherent God-given power, duty & responsibility to enforce it on insolent, disobedient public servant usurpers of our inherent political power over them. In Missouri, for the most part, the police, numerous non-productive parasitic paper shufflers & quisling pettifogger, shyster prosecutors and corrupt or incompetent judges monitor, control, regulate & tax us for their own benefit while fallaciously saying they “serve & protect” us.
It was George Washington who said “Government is not reason! It is not eloquence! It is force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant or [if not carefully contained by the constitutions will become] a fearful master.” The senseless actions against Jeffrey, myself, and others provide evidence things are backwards in Missouri. In my case, Prosecutor Parks violated his oath, code of ethics, law, & rules of court to selectively, maliciously, vindictively prosecute, convict, sentence, & falsely imprison me for my harmless, peaceful political activism to silence me, senselessly costing my fellow Missourians hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The Missouri Highway Patrol, & some other police agencies have become predatory, plundering armed thugs, preying upon us rather than serving and protecting us. Much of Missouri government is being operated as a protection racket of legalized plunder & extortion using de facto regulatory revenue schemes, evolving into a socialist police state of fascist feudalism, ruled by the police gun in absolute despotism. This is “criminal syndicalism” defined as “organized terrorism” in Black’s Law Dictionary.
Like many of my fellow Missourians, I resent all the “safety check points,” radar traps, being under constant surveillance & systematically controlled, regulated, and deprived of our liberty, freedom, and responsible exercise thereof. We do not need all these predatory plundering parasites! So let us all police our public servants, downsize government, stop the usurpation & restore our Liberty & freedom!
