For a man who is one of the fastest revolver shooters in the world, Jerry Miculek remains incredibly down-to-earth. This world class competitor has emptied a five-shot revolver in 0.57 seconds, holds multiple world records in exhibition revolver shooting and is an experienced gunsmith to boot.
In this video Miculek shares his knowledge of casting lead bullets. He goes through the steps of how to safely melt lead scraps down, pour them into molds, and then produces a shootable, one-ounce shotgun slug.
As ammunition grows increasingly difficult to find, this skill set may prove to be worth its weight in gold.
