IQD update    –  
There is a flood of information to review tonight

  • The last time we met, Frank told us to watch Sept 13 – 15, and Sept 16
– 18; the IMF met over this weekend (9/13 – 15) and the UN General Assembly is
meeting

• Sept 13 – 15 the Governors of the IMF met, and today we saw the articles
about it; watch for an announcement from Sept 16 – 18 about the CBI

• Last week, Frank told us that I Team had just
left Israel; Frank also repeatedly told us that as much as others want to make
Syria an issue, it is not an issue, it’s about another agenda; it does not
interfere with or impact our investment, please let it go; please do not
continue to raise this issue on the forum

• O’s actions with regard to Syria have weakened our international status, it
weakens our economy, Russia has taken credit for the work the USA has done, and
now Russia has taken control of the WMD’s rather than the USA; in response to
this mess, the Emir of Kuwait came to the USA over the weekend to counsel O and
tell him to stop interfering

• I Team has returned to Baghdad, and their new orders are to protect T; now
it’s T-time; T is loved in Iraq; he has been hidden and protected over this
past year; why would T be moved to the GZ if there is so much risk? For an
announcement?

Why risk his health and safety that has been so carefully protected over the
past year unless there is something of great importance

• HCL and Erbil are completed, implementation would be a major announcement;
the 5-year budget plan which is up and running is also a great announcement;
there are many great things ready for announcement, and any one of these things
could be the announcement, and it’s also possible that the RV will be announced

• Take note of the GOI call for the National
Meeting and it’s coincidental with the UN General Assembly meeting

• Global currency movement is taking place, and
Jack Lew has been talking; there are many reasons to look for announcements
over the next couple of days

• Notice that the NYSE/NASDAQ was down again – they were down twice already,
and it happened again yesterday; most of the
world currencies run through NASDAQ; they have been down 3 times in past 30
days, and yet it’s not a news issue, it’s been ignored – the financial capital
of the world goes down 3 times and nothing is said about it?

It’s the equivalent of 3 eclipses in a row and
no one speaks of it; this is important to analyze and understand; also ponder
why Turkey wants to buy oil from Iraq and swap local currencies straight up –
either Turkey is really stupid or really brilliant; study it

• The WTO has always said that when Iraq lifts the
3 zeros, there are welcome to join; today, the WTO asked Iraq to join because
they have fulfilled all the requirements

• But we haven’t seen anything yet, how can the WTO make this invitation? M is
busy signing everything and trying to metamorphose again

• A lot of ME countries are coming in and
making big business deals in Iraq – Saddam has been gone for 10 years and no
one wanted anything to do with Iraq, and now they are beating the door down to
get in – why?? Iraq’s banks are poised to walk into international status

• I Team has been waiting since last Wednesday for new orders, and they
received them this weekend, to be fulfilled immediately; Frank does not know
where I Team is, but in his opinion, Frank believes they are with T right now,
and they are in the GZ, but that is only Frank’s opinion; Frank’s opinion is
that T is not dead

• Frank had a call from Delta; Delta has not
changed his opinion, he is still feeling good about Sept; Delta’s intel is
still consistent, the IN-country rate in Iraq is still expected to be $0.86 -
$1.16 for several years with a managed increase IN-country; there is a National Meeting scheduled for Sept 19 and
there is a tremendous amount of activity going on behind the scene,
international investors are pouring in to Iraq, M is signing anything and
everything put in front of him, the MoF are very busy and very covert – many
meetings occurring in hotels to keep quiet; again, the WTO issued the entry
invitation

• Again, NASDAQ is extremely important, the 3rd
time down – twice for download, 3rd time for testing…..

Eagle1 came on the call at this point

• Frank can verify that there are groups that are buying very large amounts of
dinar right now – into the multiple Billions – why would people with money who
know how to make money be running to buy dinar like it’s running out?

• Eagle1 had three separate sources confirming
that things were moving over this weekend, and E1 just had a text from a source
at the UST that they are trying to accomplish the global currency reset this
week

• Najafe holding a National Meeting on Thursday,
Sept 19, and Frank’s opinion is that T is in Baghdad for an announcement

• Eagle1 had a call from WF source and for the
first time, there is recognition of the global currency reset and the WF
employees are being told of the new USD roll-out in October

• Frank then had a ‘BLUE COUCH’ interview about Hillary’s “freedom” medal that
Jeb Bush awarded; this is all speculation, opinion, imagination: Hillary made a large donation to a charity; where did
the money come from? She has cashed in and made a large contribution to secure
the support for a political bid

• Frank also brought up that the Kurds have
announced a 3-day holiday for this coming weekend – very interesting

• Watch for an announcement either from the UN or the National Meeting, there
are many things that announcement could be about with the RV being one of the
possibilities, but no one knows what will be announced, there is no date!

Bluestar came on the call at this point

• He is looking for a major announcement this
week about US financial structure, monetary policy – interesting that it
overlays with Iraqi National Meeting, and UN General Assembly

• Frank reviewed the article on the forum today released by the CBI with Dr S
photo – he has been orchestrating the monetary reform from behind the scenes,
he will never return to the CBI, but he’s seeing through the reform

• Frank also believes that evidence has been and is being collected against M,
and that the deal for his removal has been made; Bluestar agrees that a
succession plan is likely in place

• Frank also believes that militarily we will not leave Iraq, in fact he thinks
we will expand bases there

• Bluestar believes, in his opinion, we will
not hear so much about the “global currency reset” but we will hear calls for a
new global monetary policy, for international currency reform

• Frank believes we will not see the NASDAQ go
down again – it’s been downloaded and tested; done!
