National Guard Arrives In Lyons, Town Closed Off
LYONS, Colo. (CBS4)- No one can get in or out of the town of Lyons after overnight flooding. The National Guard has made it into Lyons to help those trapped there.

Quarantines happen when a virus has broken out.
I cant see how any of this adds up to what the title said.
This is just decent men and women rescuing and helping those affected… Not every has a hidden agenda

I live in Colorado and I can tell you with certainty, that after living here 17 years, I have never seen clouds like these, we have never had the weather behave like this, and where we are, when it rains that heavy as we have had, the water soaks into the soil and forms the base for our permafrost for th fall cold nighttime weather to basically hold it in place til the freeze comes. Then we have permafrost all winter, with big runoff in the spring for our white water rafting. None of that is happening, we get rain, one cloud at a time, in different parts of our little town. Raise your hand if you have ever heard of such a thing. I never have and I am an old lady. When it rains we also get massive buzzing that is so loud you have to talk to each other over the noise. I think these guys need to give it up for this year and go do something productive and forget about trying to do us.
Smells like haarp and chemtrails to me. I’m going to see if weatherman scott stevens has posted anything on this “anomally” yet. Our prayers are with you!!!!!
Quarantine, no one in or out. Yeah and I heard that the whole town looked abandoned other than a few bodies lying in the road. I also heard that some CDC type guys in full hazmat suits flew in on a helicopter. One of the hazmat guys cut the wrist of one of the dead towns people and red powder ran out of the veins. The only ones they found left alive was the town drunk and a crying baby. At the sheriff’s office they found Sheriff Andy Taylor and one Howard Sprague county court clerk still sitting at a wooden table slumped over dead across some strange machine that apparently they were trying to open.

Funny the same wishful thought had occurred to me a while back.
Yes maybe there is going to be a divine intervention.
I normally do not comment on an issue unless I have read “ALL” of the information and source information. My only comment is this: I can see the quarantine of the area, that being nobody in. What I don’t understand is why “NOBODY OUT?” THE EXPLANATION IS PROBABLY THERE BUT I HAVE NOT SEEN IT. In a disaster situation the idea is to get everyone out of the area so you do not have to go re-rescue someone already recued. Can somebody help me here? What is it that the Government does not want out of this county? Is it sickness, information, or somebody simply putting the wrong title on their article? Also, I’m NOT alleging there is any kind of conspiracy, it just doesn’t make sense. I probably missed the explanation. Also as a quick tidbit or trivia. If you don’t know where the name quarantine originated I would like to share it with you as it is a true and interesting piece of history. In the time of the Bubonic aka the “BLACK DEATH OR PLAGUE.” SHIPS TRYING TO ENTER A PORT, FOR EXAMPLE ITALY, WOULD HAVE TO STAY AT ANCHOR FOR 40 DAYS. I had just woken as I worked on research all night. I did not take the time to read the other comments before I posted my first comment. If I had read the comments I would not have posted mine as it seems everyone else has covered it already. Sorry. I guess I’m not the only one who has some questions.
Causing this amount or rain is very simple for DARPA to do. I’ve explained the technolgy in great detail in other posts. It seems there are others who have posted their concerns, as well. If this was something other than an act of nature I would say it was the Elites checking out their underground unit for water leakage. I realize this sounds far out, but that’s what everyone said about 9/11 until the conspiracy was blown wide open. The same for the JFK assassination. When the video was leaked “clearly” showing the driver of the Kennedy limo turning around and firing left handed with a direct headshot it explained away all of the conspiracy and made it a fact.
