Q&A: Can We Really Change the Earth’s Energy?

Dear Jennifer: I know that all of our self healing work has an effect on humanity and on the planet. It’s part of the role we play, as Lightworkers, to shift planetary dynamics and help with our evolution into higher dimensions and frequencies. But are our efforts really successful?
Is it possible for us to change the energy of the world and of humanity and how can we know that we have made progress? Sometimes it feels like no matter how much I think I, and others like me, are working, the results just don’t seem to be there. How can we know that we are being effective?
Jennifer’s Answer: No matter how little we think we are accomplishing, we cannot judge our level of success by what we see happening or not happening in the world in any moment because our work is reflected on so many different levels and change can mean so many different things.
This work begins with introducing new levels of energy to the world as potentials or options, which then become integrated with the world’s energetic paradigms as more and more people align with them. If you want to see how successful this work really is, consider what people protest or speak out against today, that is where the change is occurring.
Changing the world’s energy cannot violate free will or the sovereignty of the planet and its inhabitants, plant, animal and human. There is no power in the universe that can force any of us to do anything, nor is there any energy powerful enough to force its will upon us. We can be coerced, tempted, misled, or blinded by different kinds and levels of energy but everything that happens reflects our individual and collective conscious or unconscious choice. What is important is not when change happens but how much of these new energies are integrated into the 3D paradigms because that is what compels them to change in lasting ways.
When the 3D paradigm is saturated with enough higher vibrating energy it must shift and it will happen in a gradual but noticeable way. If change is forced, it is not a process of integration and alignment, and the effect is short term. Because it is not widely embraced, there is little alignment or integration and the change doesn’t last. How are you judging the results of this work? Some of the changes that occur are those that cannot be perceived by the senses, as they are changes in knowing or in understanding which reflect a deeper desire for more joyful, peaceful, aligned living.
The desire for more connection and love in the world happens when the 3D paradigm of disconnection is inundated with 5D energy, which makes the disconnection noticeable and no longer attractive, while also providing a different option or energetic pathway. The desire for peace happens when the 3D paradigms of discord and chaos become inundated with 5D energy which compels people to want peace and love, and because they want it and are seeking it, they are much more willing to align with and integrate this energy. It cannot be forced on them or on the world, but it can be introduced in a gentle, loving way so that they can embrace it and voluntarily release their attachment to energies that are not aligned with these higher options.
Change is occurring on the earth and within humanity’s hearts and minds every moment of the day. While it may not be happening as quickly as you hope, do not let your judgments of what the results should look like create another barrier for them because your judgments will only serve to limit the changes from manifesting. Instead, continue to focus on the change that you wish to create in your life and as you see your outcomes manifest, the energy of that transformation is shared with the world to integrate and align with.
Just as you do not see the minute by minute growth of a plant or a tree, you are aware of the changes it makes by observing its new leaves or blooms which were forming all along, you just didn’t see them until they appeared. Yet, you know that one day, a rose bush will produce flowers, or a tree will produce leaves in a process that seems to occur overnight.
In the same way, you must know that your work is important and will create change in the world — it already has, and will continue to do so as long as you do not judge the speed or timing of these changes and think that because you cannot ‘see’ them they are not happening.
