Kenneth Suitter was attempting to commute on the St. Louis MetroLink Transit System at the Henley Rd. station. While doing so, he was documenting his travels by video taping the trip. While waiting for the train to arrive he was confronted by a MetroLink security guard that informed him that video taping was against policy and requested he turn off the camera.
