I can honestly say that this would turn me off buying an iPad Air. I’m not going to go around shooting all my gadgets to determine which are the hardiest but that was ridiculous.

Also Richard Ryan’s got a point: the only reason for Apple to charge you $100 for 16 gigabytes of storage is because they’re basically holding your iPad hostage when it comes to upgrades. They can charge whatever they want regardless of the cost of flash memory.

Basically, this iPad deserved to be destroyed. It was made for it.
