Zen Gardner’s Web Site Hacked? An “Attack Site”?!? Another net writer marginalized?

Popular author Zen Gardner’s site appears to have fallen under hack attack of some sort. The site was reported to be down in this story posted on Before It’s News. In checking out the report, I was greeted by ye olde “Get Me Out Of Here!” page. This is a tell tale sign of a hack attack, inserting infectious code that directs visitors to a site that does not play well with others.
It’s coming up as an “attack page” for me.
This is exactly what happened to my site when the Jonesbots hacked it within 24 hrs after posting about the Jones/ Bronfman lawyer connection. Reported at the time – here. This is a shame. It’s a pain to dig out the infected code and fix the site. Meanwhile any visitors get crap as well. Shameful what these creeps do. Must suck to me them.
There has been concerted and increased effort at intimidation and marginalization of independent journalists and truth warriors within the last few weeks. Luke Rudkowski’s intrusion, Truth Stream Media’s experience, les visible’s computer problems, Michael Collins being threatened about speaking on Rense of the ongoing horror that is Fukushima, Dee’s shoes stacked while he was napping, etc.,etc. Now Zen.
It is because they realize that WE have realized we don’t need them, nor do we want them, nor do we trust them, etc. “They” don’t have us anymore and Zen et all are a daily reminder of that…and more find his site everyday…as well as the others who are carrying on without “them”. So they think the only solution is to cut us off from each other. “They” are getting desperate, when “they” get desperate, they get stupid…er. Sites can be brought back up, I’m sure in time Zen’s will be. We always find each other again other ways. Hopefully that’s all they are messing with as far as he is concerned.
Time will tell. Thinking good thoughts for him, and us all. We’re stronger than they are, and they know it. That’s why they are so afraid of us. They should be.

Probably does not have anything to do with that. I have had sites hacked before. It happens all the time. I am glad he got it up and running again. He is a good writer and I enjoy reading his articles.
