Chinese scientist engineered second artifical snowstorm in Beijing. Problem is, tampering with Mother Nature too much creates more problems. For instance the nanofibers coming out of this stuff is more dangerous than asbestos.

It is so incredibly hard to believe such evil exists, that our OWN GOVERNMENT would do these things to its citizens! My biggest missing piece of the puzzle is, WHY?
