I am so thankful to a commentor on my article about retirement plans being put into U.S. government bonds.
The comment was about a ‘Land Patent’. I had never heard of that, so I researched it.

i live in canada and have been trying to get a land patent, or in canadian jargon “crown land grant” or “allodial title”.
