Above Netherlands is Saturday at 21:18 am to have been. Seeing a meteor That’s a piece of debris from space that burn up in the atmosphere. According to Alex Scholten of the Public Observatory in Bussloo the meteor in the north, and he went over the North Sea ‘evaporates’.
Come from large parts of the Netherlands reports of people who have seen a striking bright orb in the sky. Most reports come from eastern and northern Netherlands. Include in Appingedam, Enschede, Hengelo and Leeuwarden people have seen a fast moving ball with a white, green or blue tail.
But the meteor was also seen in Haarlem and Alphen aan den Rijn. From England and Germany are also reported. Furthermore, the meteor seen on recordings of amateur astronomers in eastern chapel in New Zealand and in Benningbroek at Medemblik in North Holland.
