FEMA is planning on spending millions of dollars on manufactured homes that can be “quickly built and deployed” anywhere in the United States. The Federal Emergency Management Agency is also requiring the manufacturers of the homes to respond to the posted solicitation only with homes that have the “potential to become permanent housing.”

The FEMA homes ad first appeared late last week on the FBO.gov website. The federal agency noted in the solicitation that multiple contracts will be awarded and worth up to a “half-billion dollars” for an “indefinite” quantity of manufactured homes. Homes which meet the Federal Emergency Management Agency needs can have from one to three bedrooms.FEMA’s Disaster Relief Housing manual lists the manufactured homes as their “top-tier” of housing choices.

I am still not a very big fan of the whole FEMA camp theory.  There is supposedly a mountain of evidence, pictures of camps and so forth and yet nothing has ever come of any of it.  Yes, I do believe the government is sinister, yes I think the same of big business too and yes, I know America has put large numbers of people in ‘camps’ before.  I do think, as Justice Scalia said recently, that it will happe again.  I just don’t think it is this FEMA camp stuff.

  • This sounds more like preparing for an emergency than forced internment. If you want to look for some type of holding prison you would need to look for fencing contracts.

  • Since FEMA is a Federal government agency, they have to be invited into a situation, or get special permission. Why is that, you ask? Because States in the United States are united but are still sovereign in all matters within the borders of the state. Each state has a governor who is duly elected by the people, a congress, also duly elected by the people, law enforcement in the capacity of a Sheriff, duly elected by the people living in the county. In counties all across America, if the Sheriff of that county rejects an official from a Federal government agency from entering, that official has no choice but to leave.

FEMA camps should not scare anyone. FEMA camps can be instantly unpopulated, or never populated, by simple intervention from a County Sheriff.

“By the power invested in me by the voters of this county, you are not allowed in this county. Leave. Now.”

The original intent of the Federal government was bottom up management to help the states, not a top down management to dictate to states the way many interpret it today. Think about it, who appoints the commander of the FBI, the IRS, or FEMA, the president does. These are bureaucrats, the citizens of the USA do not get to vote for them and have no say in who is elected except approval by their representatives in congress. But all of the officers within a country are elected by the residents of the County, including the Sheriff. Who has the authority to say NO !

After years of reading ‘FEMA CAMPS Gonna’ Git You, Sucka’, and tons of articles about everything from camp locations, existing skeletal workforces already there, stockpiling, the government bidder lists, etc. I think I have an idea of what is actually going on. It’s like one of those ‘what’s hidden in the photo’ photos. Yes, I agree with the writer, I am not convinced of ‘common perception’ on them, I know big government is bad, I know we aren’t being told the truth, I know there is a reason they are doing what they are doing – but to what end? Here’s my theory:

I think that from some means, or collective group of means, the U.S. Government, possibly world governments, have come to the conclusion (either individually, or jointly) that a world cataclysm is approaching soon. I don’t know if they got this by reading mystical Egyptian tablets, or decoding Mayan art, or finding alien artifacts that gave them insight. I don’t know if NASA gave them data that confirmed all this. I merely SEE, with my own eyes, that they are working a CONSOLIDATED world-government effort to put together systemic, comprehensive ‘continuation’ protocols. From the Svalbard seed vault, to billions of rounds of ammunition, to specific industrial machinery and equipment – TO EVEN THEIR PUSH FOR GREEN ENERGY (consider, if you KNEW the world’s surface was going to be wiped out, wouldn’t you push to develop a new energy technology you could quickly deploy to reset everything quickly, if it did – and assuming that if you could even rescue petroleum, it might take years to get it back up and producing again).

Yes, my friends, they know a LOT more than they are saying. All the puzzle pieces fit to show an image of them planning continuity, from militarized forces, electronic money, seed vaults, alternative energy proofed out now, public campaigns to get people to be vegan and to reduce their food intake (handy to train people now, so you don’t have food riots underground when you can only give them 800-calories a day for an extended time). The puzzle fits – the answer is clear, but the question is greater and still not known – WHAT DO THEY KNOW, THAT THEY AREN’T TELLING???

Keep in mind, ammunition becomes ‘degraded’ each day, so that over time (about 10-years for most ammunition) it becomes weaker, less-powerful. 20-years is about the max you really want to keep ammunition, and by then, it is a real hip-shoot (pardon the pun) as to how dependable it is when you try to fire it. Same with foodstocks. MRE’s have a 3-year inspection cycle. MRE Research Scientists will tell you, and there are studies on this, that while the food can potentially stay good for 25-years, the nutrition breaks down by about 8-percent per year, to where a 12-year old meal is essentially nutritionless. It’s like eating cardboard, no good for you at all. Since they started stocking them 3-4 years ago, that implies that they are counting on some event to happen SOON (as they would still have to be good when that event happens, and for some amount of time into the foreseeable future). Bottom line – THEIR STORES AND STOCKPILES ARE AGING, and common sense says to lay in your stores as soon as possible to ensure your stores are full, but to wait until the last minute to start stocking, as that stockpile is aging from the moment it is made, too.

Ok – now, if we frame questions in logical format, like this, then surely someone can figure out what is going on. I really don’t think they are planning ‘genocide’, I think they know of a global catastrophe that will do their job for them. I think they do have ways to execute people that have committed wrongs after they are ‘sequestered in their strongholds’, but I don’t think any ‘guillotines’ they have are for genocide – but for judicial punishment, albeit brutal, when they have no injections, no electricity and no gas to otherwise carry out executions with. Basically, I think they are just going to let most of us FRY on the surface, while they ‘weather the horrors’ underground – and every act they take is substantiating this.

Real cosmic justice says to weather what is coming, survive best-you-can, and with extreme prejudice, execute the jerks when they come out of their underground ‘hiding points’ after it is all over, trying to bark orders again – simply execute the weakened jerks before they get a chance to lie to you again.

BUT – for the rest of us – WHAT IS COMING, that the governments are preparing for?
