Baghdad, Washington / Orr News كشف دبلوماسي عراقي في واشنطن أن الإدارة الأميركية ترفض بشدة قرار العراق بتصفير العملة، او إيقاف المزاد اليومي للعملات الأجنبية الذي ينظمه البنك المركزي العراقي.
