What can a college education do for you?

It can help you get the same menial job you would get without spending four years in school.  It can put you in massive, crippling debt for the next 30 years as you make payments on your student loans. It can require you to learn all sorts of things that aren’t really pertinent to your field of study, just so you actually must attend for all four years.

This is certainly not the same story the high school guidance counselors are trying to sell to seniors and their parents.
