Just Released: Innocent Father Killed By Police In Front Of Mother and Daughter, Mother Captures Video
We have yet another innocent man killed by police using excessive force.
The Rodrigue’ family went out to the movies to relax for the evening. But while at the movies, the 19 year old daughter Nair Rodriguez, admits she got under her mothers skin and her mother slapped her for it. Just minutes later police arrived at the theater, immediately confronting Luis Rodriguez taking him down and pepper spraying him in the nose, eyes and mouth while the deputies were on top of his back.
Mrs Rodriguez is trying to video tape this while pleading for her husbands life. Moments later Luis is dead.
Police say the 44-year-old Rodriguez became uncooperative when officers questioned him about a possible domestic disturbance. Police handcuffed the man.
Rodriguez’s wife and daughter say police then started beating him. Autopsy results are pending.
The Rodriguez family’s lawyer will release the video and a statement at a Tuesday news conference in Oklahoma City.
Police say three officers involved in the incident are on administrative leave. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating.
