The situation continues to get worse. This video was taken Lutsk. According to Wikipedia, the man being beat by the crowd is the Governor of Vlyn Oblast Oleksandr Bashkalenko who is a member of the President’s Party of Regions. He was appointed just 2 weeks ago by President Yanukovych afte he sacked then governor Borys Klimchuk. Attacks are occuring all over the Ukraine at regional centers all over the West. Police tstaions are being overrun, weapons are being seized and as you can see, people are suffering the consequences. Stay tuned for updates..
