Stray Dog Barks at Olympic Skiers in Sochi (video)

There have been a number of reports of diplomatic skirmishes and ruffled feathers leading up to the Sochi Olympics.  Obama refused to attend the opening ceremonies, nor send an official delegation.  Gay rights has become an issue attached to the games.  Maybe this dog should send in a job application to the U.S. State Department.  Apparently, there are a number of stray dogs in Sochi and this one wanted to make a diplomatic statement to Olympic Skiers:
