Highhopes:  Hmmmmm  Banks shutting down for a drill,  UN posts operational rates of exchange at the same time,  Parliament in Iraq is supposed to pass the big budget,  lots of news stories and respected economists saying we need a global reset, then add Zap, Jester, the White Hats, John MacHaffie, Okie, Frank26 and Tony all saying it should pop anytime…….its looking good ….I believe the Kuwait RV showed up on a WED. at about 3:30PM …Which is about the time all the banks internationally are reconciling……..so im being hopeful we are about to go to the bank!!  Fingers, toes and eyes are all crossed!!!
