  I was hoping we would have a real good announcement, and you would be partying and celebrating, but we have to wait, just a little longer.  Everything is still pointing towards a super-fantastic day. Christine Lagarde signed off on the RV for the 15th time, and it should have been a 24-hour window, and it should have been done by now, but the process is going on as we speak.   The US is still upset about this, but they are not technically holding this up. All the call and exchange center people were there today.  We don’t know the exact time but we do know windows. 

  Within 20 – 30 minutes, we could all be jumping up and down and screaming.   We’re in a really, really good place. The 800 numbers are in place, and we could get them any moment.  The VNN has four rates, just like the IQN.    Our 30 days is still in play, so don’t worry about that. They were all set to go at the weekend, and they decided that because the start button was in the US and it would never get pushed, so they decided to do it one country at a time until the US was the last one ready to go.   That should happen tonight or tomorrow morning, and then the CBI will go live.  We have never been this close
