“Just say No to Hello” and bypass this foolishness. Or beter yet, ditch the cell. Period. I decided to shut mine off a year and a half ago after reading up on cancer related illnesses because of them, plus the tracking capabilities they generate for gov’t/private agencies and increased costs for service providers.
I figured what the heck, 15-20 years ago most of us used land-lines and answering machines and we returned the calls once we either got home or back at the office. It just was the way things were done. Once I dropped the cell I found it very freeing, I wasn’t interrupted by phone calls. And all my family, friends, and business associates knew I’d return their calls once I retrieved my messages.
It is one of the best things I’ve done for myself.
