On Jan. 6, 2014 David C Hutchinson, Joe Diventi, Carney, and Clement, all employed at the Paradise Valley (AZ) police outfit, prevented Kane Zane’s freedom of movement, damaged his property, took his person, and levied ransoms. If you acted similar to Hutchinson, Diventi, Carney, and Clement what it be called? Kidnapping? Theft?
