NYPD Officer Luis Vega prepares to punch Ehud Halevy after being confronted about sleeping on a couch in a synagogue.

via Police State USA

Disturbing video captured a man being brutally beaten by police after he was discovered sleeping on a couch inside a synagogue.  The man was struck dozens of times with fists and a baton, even though the man had permission to be there.  The beating was ruled justified and the officers were cleared.

The incident took place during the early morning hours of October 8th, 2012.  Ehud Halevy, 22, was sleeping in the back room of the A.L.I.Y.A. (Alternative Learning Institute for Young Adults) building in Crown Heights.   The facility is a synagogue and outreach center for troubled youths.

I see olice brutality stories literally everyday now.  Use to be just months ago, every other day.  I feel like police brutality has become widespread.  It’s sad that I even haveto say this but if your not a bad cop and you dont say nothing about brutality you see, then your a bad cop too and I have yet to see any cops blow the whistle on their fellow badges. So sadly, ACAB.

Each violent assault that these types of psychotic rabid animals get away emboldens them for continued attack on Americans, with impunity.

Even though Mr. Halevy was the one who received the beating, it was he who was charged with assault.

Fortunately the beating victim sued and in March 2014, Mr. Halevy was finally given a settlement from the city for $100,000.

The two sadist cops are still roaming the streets with taxpayer salaries.

  • Well someone had to call the police to begin with and that’s the one who is responsible for the guy getting the beating in the first place.

I imagine what happened is that the night watchman or caretaker probably told the guy he was not allowed to be there even although the guy probably told the janitor he was given permission to stay there. I imagine the janitor did not believe him and probably told the guy he’d have tp leave or he would call the police.

When the police came you can see that they didn’t believe he had permission either and told him to leave and as you can see he refused and then was resisting arrest. What I find surprising is the amount of police officers that showed up at the end.
I counted 11 altogether for just one guy.

The guy should have realized that it would end up bad for him in the end if he resisted. The guy kind of brought it on himself. I don’t agree with the one cop going ballistic and punching the guy like a punching bag the the other sneaky one running around behind him and beating him with her baton. I mean the two of them beating on the guy at the same time is way too much.
