(N.Morgan) The Boston Marathon Bombing was a massive FEMA drill conducted to see how long and if they could get a major city like Boston under Martial Law, with relatively little work, but using terror to get the job done. It worked. As we all remember, Boston was under martial law, while the authorities were searching for the other young man, who was still alive.
In the video below, it gives unequivocal proof, that the bombing was in fact a drill.
