Peter Lanza, the father of Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter Adam Lanza, recently interviewed with The New Yorker writer Andrew Solomon about the events leading up to the December 2012 shooting. In the interview, Lanza discusses the early warning signs that his son was severely troubled, his interest in guns, and more. NPR’s Fresh Air talks with Andrew Solomon on his perspective of interviewing Peter Lanza.
