Vladimir Putin’s popularity is cresting again in his native Russia, according to the independent Levada Center. His approval rating now stands at 80%, with only 18% of Russians disapproving.
According to the AP-GFK survey released Wednesday, 59 percent disapprove of Obama's job performance, while 41 percent approve.
