‘The Running Man’ dissected (VIDEO)

The good people at Cinema Sins have put a piece of canon under the microscope for this latest edition of “Everything Wrong With” featuring “The Running Man,” a Schwarzenegger classic dating all the way back to 1987, a time when movies featured extra violence and nudity was commonplace, even in movies marketed almost directly to children.

It was set in the distant future date of 2017, where in this movie the U.S. had tradformed into a totalitarian police state where felons were sent to gladiatorial arenas to fight with or against agents portrayed by 1987 pop culture stars.
