An investigation has been launched into this incident.
Cell phone video shows a woman being beaten and repeatedly tased by a Chester City, PA police officer during a confrontation in the early morning hours of April 13th.
The Blaze explains: “The incident took place Sunday when Chester City police were called to the scene over reports of a woman with a knife.”

Was this woman arrested?
Did this woman just murder someone? Rob a bank?
Without any of this information, how can we form an opinion?
And to me, it sure looks like this woman is resisting arrest, justifying the officers response.
I hope she was high on pcp becuase it looks really pathetic how the cop is being overpowered by a female half his size.
