Sinaloa Police found three bodies in a commercial establishment in Elota Township, including Manuel Alejandro Aponte Gomez, El Bravo.
Three Members of the Sinaloa Drug Cartel Military Elite whom the federal government identifies as security chief of Joaquin Guzman Loera, El Chapo, have been found murdered. The discovery of the bodies occurred Wednesday at La Palapa, a factory and store construction materials Elota. They had bullet wounds in the head and their murders’ abandoned them in the building. Unofficial sources said Aponte Gomez Guzman Loera helped to build the escape tunnels utilized by El Chapo.
Manuel Alejandro Aponte Gomez, The Bravo, a former cartel leader was found slain as well. According to reports from the Ministry of National Defense, Aponte Gomez hails from Chilpancingo, Guerrero, graduated from lieutenant Military College in 1996. From 2001 to April 2003 he was attached to the Seventh infantry company, which was in those years in Badiraguato where El Chapo was born. In 2004 he was declared a deserter and September 11, 2004 he reappeared in front of one of the commands with Rodolfo Carrillo Fuentes and his wife Giovana Gastélum in Culiacan.
