Two men were killed and four others were wounded in separate shootings Sunday in the city’s Little Village, Gresham and Englewood neighborhoods, police said.
The weekend toll for gun violence in the city includes at least 9 people dead and 26 wounded. At least 2 people were killed and 9 wounded from about Friday night to Saturday morning, and 5 more people were killed and 13 wounded between Saturday afternoon and early Sunday morning.
The deaths include gang related crimes and a husband-wife murder suicide. As beautiful as Chicago is and with ots rich history, right now it’s a death sentence. All you have to be is in the wrong place at the wrong time. Look at it this way,more people have died in Chicago this past weekend than have died in the entire Ukraine-Russia Crisis which is 60 days old.
The world powers have to stand down. Free energy exists, and sharing these resources with the world is the solution. Negotiate folks. What’s the problem here? Thermonuclear war is not the answer, folks.
Chicago = the next Detroit??
