Singer Gwen Stefani could replace Christina Aguilera, who is pregnant, as coach on “The Voice,” media reports said.
The Hollywood Reporter and TheWrap reported that Stefani was still negotiating the terms of her contract, but TMZ said the singer and fashion designer had inked a deal to appear on season seven of the popular singing competition.
Stefani would appear on the shows that start shooting in June, The Huffington Post said.
Pharrell Williams is also joining the show, replacing rapper Ceelo Green.
“Although Stefani’s job isn’t permanent, she’ll be coaching alongside newcomer Pharrell Williams and longtime mentors Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. Aguilera will reportedly rotate back into her spinning chair for Season 8,” The Huffington Post said
