AN Australian vessel searching for the missing Malaysian airliner will send down an unmanned mini submarine to search the ocean floor after it picked up fresh sets of signals that might come from the aircraft’s two “black boxes”.
Former Australian Defence Force chief, Angus Houston, who is overseeing the search operation from Perth, said the signals were the best information picked up so far. “Clearly, this is a most promising lead,” he said. “We’ve got to go down and have a look and hopefully we’ll find it somewhere in the area that we’ve narrowed to.” morehere
