I dont know about every Amerian president but the majority are certainly guilty of committing atrocities in one form or another against their fellow man. Chomsky is a Harvard professor and self-proclaimed Anarchist whose opinions and books are followed by every political, media and government person out there. Put simply, he is a good dude.
