Rand Paul: We Need Guns in '100 Percent' of Airplane Cockpits

According to Politico, Paul introduced a bill the goal of which is to have “100 percent of American pilots armed because [he] thinks it's a very cost effective” way of deterring terrorist attacks. In fact, he thinks it is the most “cost effective way of deterring another attack on our planes.”

Sen. Paul said he wants to find “the most cost effective way of preventing another 9/11″ and believes having all pilots armed is part of it.
