A six-year-old Missouri boy born with a neuromuscular condition had his wish come true Sunday when he got to be an honorary Navy SEAL.
Mason Rudder’s condition also affects his bones and joints, and he’s already had 10 surgeries. But that doesn’t mean Mason was going to sit on the sidelines and watch. Instead, he got down in the mud and took part in some serious hands-on training with retired Navy SEAL Jared Ogden, Navy Times reports.
Mason got some trigger time, learned how to breach a door and clear a room, and even got to take out the bad guys.
His favorite part of the day? Blowing up the door.
